IN ALL THE UNBUNDLED OPTIONS the client will pay R2 999 for the Modem upfront.
IN ALL THE BUNDLED OPTIONS the client will pay a once-off R399 Modem.

An additional admin charge of R144.00 and a pro-rata monthly subscription will be deducted within 15 days after activation.
The customer is then charged on the first of the month for the monthly service fee in advance and for the additional data
used from the previous month in arrears.

It is important to note on the packages the client will be charged R1.00 for every additional Megabyte (MB) used above the allocated free monthly data. A customer only uses MB when they physically send or receive data, not by merely staying online. Free Megabytes includes data sent or received, both local and international. It is also important to note that free data not used in the current month will not be carried over to the next month.
All packages have speeds of up to 256 kbps, or up to 4 times as fast as dial up, except for the MyWireless home which has speeds of up to 128 kbps.

Customers will be notified at 50%, 90% and 100% of their free data allocation within their MyWireless package by an email sent from Sentech to the customer. They will also be able to check up on their usage via a website.

MyWireless Flexi 200	Home user or mobile user - using internet banking, web page viewing and emailing.
MyWireless Flexi 500	Home user or mobile user - heavier user, who does a lot of browsing, and emailing and some downloading.
MyWireless Flexi 1 000	Light business user with up to 3 computers connected doing browsing, emailing and some downloading.
MyWireless Home	Single user - doing browsing, emailing and a lot of downloading.
MyWireless Professional	Medium business user with up to 5 computers connected, doing browsing, emailing and downloading or individual user doing a lot of downloading.
MyWireless Premium	Heavy business user with up to 10 computers connected doing browsing, emailing and downloading or individual user doing a lot of large file downloading.

The MyWireless Flexi 200 product allows you to do one of the following per month:

One movie file is approximately 750 MB and One Music MP3 file is approximately 4 MB. Users downloading a lot of music or movies or other software downloads should look at the professional or premium packages.
